We believe elder years could be the time for a new beginning, In other words a time for a new blossoming and a new life. Our goal is to encourage a life with meaning and purpose for the elders under our care.
We start with a through evaluation of the client and her or his needs. The evaluation process starts with our care coordinator to meet face to face with the client and depending on the number hours and the days that the care is requested and draw a detailed care plan. Our care coordinators are assigned to oversee the care, communicate with the client and family members and the home care aids as well. This is to ensure that there is someone always managing the care.
